If any one statement about Nature be could classified as always true, it would be that Nature always strives for balance. That is why some reason the appearance of the "Necrotites", as they were nicknamed, arrived shortly after the greatest breakthrough in genetic enhancement was discovered.
The mastermind behind the achievement, the brilliant Dr. Hector Rodriguez, dismissed the idea as coincidence, not wanting to tarnish his discovery with the vileness of the less-than-human creatures. His discovery abolished the sick and weak, removed the concept of petty squabbles between nations, and untied the world as one race – the human race.
One could reason, though, that for every discovery that leaped humankind forward, there was a villainous mind working to drag it back. Regardless of what anyone thought, a new branch of the world net was formed to counter the ever growing threat the pox was creating. To that end C.E.S.S.A.T.I.O.N., the Character Enhancing Super-Serum Attuned to the Invalidation of Necrotites was formed.
